Biscuit Cake Recipe Without Oven


  • 250g biscuit crumbs
  • 100g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
