Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup flour
  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon soda
  • 2 eggs
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup plant oil
  • ½ cup of buttermilk

Ingredients for filling

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sweet cream
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Easter colorful eggs

Instructions

Instructions for cupcakes:

  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt in the first bowl.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar in the second bowl, add the vanilla extract, oil, and buttermilk, mix well 2-3 minutes. Slowly add ingredients from the first bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Add the mixture to the cupcake pan, fill to halfway and bake for 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 350 F.

Filling Instructions:

  1. Whisk the butter until it becomes tender, about 2 minutes, add the powdered sugar, vanilla and slowly add the sweet cream until the mixture becomes creamy.
  2. When the cupcakes are finished and cooled, fill them and decorate.
