Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla and almond extracts, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and salt. Beat until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and cookie crumbs. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
