Ingredients

  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 active dry yeast
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup nougat cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix the active dry yeast with a cup of lukewarm milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar, let it foam for 5-8 minutes.
  2. When it foams, add salt, oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar, stirring constantly, slowly add flour. Knead well and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, stretch the dough slightly and brush all surfaces with butter.
  4. Roll out the dough and let stand 15 minutes. Stretch the roll and divide it into triangles. The triangles should be stretched well.
  5. On each triangle, put a teaspoon of nougat cream and roll it up.
  6. Put baking paper in the brass and add the croissants. Each croissant coated with oil.
  7. Place the brass in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400 F, until golden brown.
  8. When the croissants are finished, whisk ½ cup of milk, water, and a tablespoon of oil and smear the croissants.
  9. Fresh croissants sprinkle with powdered sugar.
