Delicious Lemon Rosemary Cake Recipe: The Perfect Dessert for Every Occasion

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Add the flour mixture and sour cream alternately, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Beat until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
