Delicious Digestive Biscuit Cake Recipe
A digestive biscuit cake is an amazing and easy-to-make dessert that can be enjoyed by everyone. - 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter
- 200g cream cheese
- 50g sugar
Step 1: Crumble the Biscuits
Put the digestive biscuits in a food processor and pulse until you have a fine crumb. Alternatively, you can put the biscuits in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Step 2: Melt the Butter
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the biscuit crumbs and stir until combined.
Step 3: Press into the Tin
Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper and press the biscuit mixture into the tin. Make sure the base is firmly packed and even.
