Our Story
Eileen’s Cookies started as a small home bakery in the early 1980s. Eileen, the founder and head baker, started making cookies for her family and friends and soon realized she had a talent for baking. She decided to turn her hobby into a business and opened Eileen’s Cookies in 1986. Since then, we have been providing our customers with delicious cookies that are made with love and care.
