Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended. Add molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt and mix until combined.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until center is just set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
