  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Filling:
    • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    • ¼ cup lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping:
    • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed


Step 1: Make the Crust

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.

Step 2: Make the Filling

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until everything is well combined.

Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract, and beat until everything is smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.

Step 3: Chill the Cheesecake

Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until it is completely set.

Step 4: Add the Topping

Spread the whipped topping over the top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate for an additional hour before serving.
