  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 24 ladyfingers


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth and creamy.
  • In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the espresso, rum, and almond milk. Dip the ladyfingers in the espresso mixture and place in the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
