Delicious Tiramisu Torte Recipe

Tiramisu Torte is a delicious Italian dessert that is easy to make and a great way to end a meal. This classic Italian cake has a creamy and light texture that will leave you wanting more. The traditional recipe includes ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, and cocoa powder, but there are many variations that can be made with other ingredients.


  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, ½ cup of coffee liqueur, 1 tablespoon of espresso powder, and 1 tablespoon of rum


Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the Cake

In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract (if using). Beat the mixture until it is light and fluffy. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Step 3: Assemble the Torte

Remove the cake from the oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, carefully remove the cake from the pan. Slice the cake into three even layers. Place one layer of the cake on a serving plate and brush it with coffee liqueur (if using). Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cake. Place the second layer of the cake on top and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Place the third layer of the cake on top and spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over it. Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder.

Step 4: Refrigerate and Serve

Refrigerate the torte for at least 3 hours before serving. Cut into slices and serve chilled. Enjoy!
